Help with Patient Online

For assistance with patient online click here. To log on please type the address on your letter which contains your username and password to your browsers address bar or click the links at the end of this page. Please note, this service is provided, supported and hosted securely by our clinical systems provider.  To register for patient online, you must be aged over 16. Please bring photo identification into the surgery to register for patient online.

If you require patient online access for your child, you must be registered at the practice yourself as access will be via proxy. Access to your child’s record will cease when your child becomes 11 years old and you will not be permitted access after this time. This is in line with the NHS England and the Royal College of GP guidance.
