Our GP surgery is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and caring environment for all our patients and staff.
To ensure this, we operate a zero tolerance policy towards any form of abusive or threatening behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to, aggression, violence, or verbal abuse directed at our team members or other patients on our premises, over the phone, or in written communication.
We also consider inappropriate comments or posts made on social media platforms as a serious breach of professional conduct. This policy specifically extends to any derogatory, defamatory, or threatening comments about our practice, our staff, or our patients that are made on any social media site, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or others.
Any such posts brought to our attention will be reviewed and may be considered a potential breakdown in the doctor-patient professional relationship.
If this occurs, we reserve the right to remove the individual from our patient list.
